3 Contractual Requirements: NFLC NFLC Requirements concerning programs – Convene pre- and post-program conferences – Collect data on programs, outcomes, curricula, materials, and indicators of program impact – Collect end-of-program reports from awardees – Identify improvements and plan for program growth – Report to the government

4 Contractual Requirements: NFLC Collection of Data – Information on programs (languages offered, grade levels, enrollments, etc.) – Curriculum plans – Participant surveys – Final reports and reflections
