2. Day 1 1. Application of bioinformatics – What I was really interested is that the way it allows analysis to be faster then ever makes it useful in any boilogical field. 2. Age network 3. Extracting DNA from fruits. – What I was really interested is that we can find DNA of fruits by using soap, salt, water and alcohol its was so gud and its so fun it was really interested to me.

3. Day 2 DNA bracelets – we made bracelets by using colors beads to represents the different letters (TCAG) in sequence order – We also translate the letter to figure out what letter represent which colors. – 2. Bio-linux – _ learn how to used Pico and Perl I was so interested to me because if we used this Pico or Perl we can see the information what we have write before – 3. Setting of virtual machine that it is interested in setting boi-linux. – 3. Bio-linux commands. In this i know it is helpful and also it is good.

4. Day 3 About computer and math skills like websites/software Websites, NCBI, BLAST, JEMBOSS NCBI is helpful in searching nucleotide sequences, and analyzing them. BLAST is used to find regions of similarities between sequences JOMBOSS it is very useful tools And Bio-linux commands like transeq, seqret etc.

5. Day 4 and 5 Project work Applied all the tools that we have learned about. Obtain the target sequences of organism Used Jomboss application to more efficiently do it, show why bioinformatics is useful Identifying various organism through the primers constructed. It was good and will helpful in our study so I think we have to learn carefully to be success and to be in out destination. 2. Finish the project and give presentation by student
