4 Identification of Tasks to be undertaken From Review Proposal:- Arrangements for User Commitment by NTS Connectees for acquiring incremental capacity and capacity surrender. Arrangements for the management and monitoring of linepack depletion (Flexibility) and particularly on this point; as there is not currently any scarcity of this nature, to identify the likelihood and timescale of such a scarcity occuring. Arrangements for Interruption for NTS Connectees.

5 User Commitment Extent of User Commitment required n years capacity charge 50% project cost Duration of User Commitment required 1 year (ARCA) 4 years (0116V etc.) Staged User Commitment in line with project development and investment Identical process for incremental and new connections? Potential impact of Under/Over recovery (TO Commodity)

6 Management and monitoring of linepack depletion What is being measured? Linepack depletion Flexibility Is 16/24 fit for purpose in demonstrating stress on system? Mechanisms for measurement and reporting Analysis of observation Trigger for consideration of further measures

7 Arrangements for Interruption Universal Firm on NTS? Long-Term Interruptible contracts EU obligation satisfied? How much Interruption is required by NGG? Mechanism for allocation of necessary interruption Buy-back Parallel to Modification 0090
