Weekly assignments Preview questions Ask one or two questions by previewing the contents to be covered in the coming class of this week Bad/good/excellent questions BAD question: careless reading, definition-like What is a pipeline? GOOD question: know the key concepts covered, but just don’t know exactly their relationship? Why does pipeline improve performance? EXCELLENT question: know the content well and is inspired to consider further development An ideal n-stage pipeline provides n-times speedup. How about the cost?
