2. Overview 25 + Rotarians will Ride through North West Ohio beginning July 12 th to Raise Funds for MESA Operations. We need your Help to Successful Day 1: St. Marys, New Bremen, Wapakoneta, Lima* Day 2: Lima, Bluffton, Ottawa-Glandorf, McComb, Findlay* Day 3: Findlay, Tiffin, Norwalk* Day 4: Norwalk, Willard, Greenwich, Ashland* Day 5: Ashland, Shelby, Galion, Marion* Day 6: Marion, Wapakoneta, St. Marys* Over View

Overview Each Year a different 1/3rd of the District receives the Rides presence. 25 + Rotarians will Ride through North West Ohio beginning July 12th to Have Fun and Fellowship and to Raise Funds for MESA Operations. They will be joined by Bike Clubs and Enthusiasts who will ride for a day or a few miles. We need your Help to Develop Enthusiasm, Involvement and Publicize the Ride

4. ALL CLUBS ON OR OFF THE BIKE ROUTE CAN CONTRIBUTE TO SUCCESS OBJECTIVES We have two! Enjoy a Day of Fellowship and Fun Increase your Acquaintance Produce Funding for MESA in the amount of $50,000

How To Involvement Develop a Committee for the Ride Layout the information on When and Why We have the Ride Request Committee Advice for a Plan Which Could as (Appropriate) Incorporate some or all of these Activities Family Fun Day, Afternoon, Evening Incorporate a short bike Ride for the Family Determine who has the contacts with your local Media and bring the Media to a committee meeting to Ask for Advice in Getting the Word out about Your Plan with appropriate repetition Decide If you Want T- shirts to Sell, and When to Sell Them

How To Interest MEDIA – Talk to your locals and request advice to develop involvement and professional expertise for getting your community to participate and support the Bike Ride and to raise funds Contact Your Local Bike Club Ask if they Would Like to ride for the Day – Know the Rules Invite Rotarians from Near by Clubs to Ride for the Day or a Few Miles, Partner with another club to generate an event Anyone over the Age of 18 Can Ride Family Fun rides can have their own rules

8. How To Interest Getting Families Involved brings in the community Invite Rotary clubs near you. Is there a YMCA, AAA, Hospital, Bank, Insurance Group or similar business group who could Sponsor Part or all of the Event?

9. 2009 Bike Ride Items to think About When will the Ride Pass Through your Area on the 14 th or 15 th, etc. of July. What could we do on Arrival Greet them with High School band, hot dogs and libations? How is the Fellowship including Near by clubs to Be handled Will You have a Bike Raffle?

10. What is MESA Going to do with the Funds we Develop? Furnish Eye and Surgery Clinics San Pedro Sula. Furnish A Burn Clinic in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Furnish 2 Dental Clinics including the Bob Perry Clinic. Furnish the kitchen at St Martins Orphanage E.S. Acquire two vans for a Mobile Dental and Eye Clinics (diesel, under 10 years old and at least a Ford E Size) Find 400 hospital beds and ship to Honduras and El Salvador for Rest Homes. Furnish a birthing center in San Ignacio, Belize. Acquire Equipment for all of these Clinics

11. Specifications Who is going to what by When? For services, detail the terms and conditions under which the service is offered.
