4. Restaurant Factors Location Type of food (Italian, French, Mexican, or etc). Type of services (fast food, mid-class, full service, catering, or etc). Licensing and etc. Income variations.

5. Basics From the several analysis techniques available to us we will use those which apply best to our case. Of course it must be understood that in we are making assumptions and creating a specific scenario which cannot be applied to all restaurant vs. car rental cases, but the analysis method is what is beneficial.
