Leszek Balcerowicz’s Civic Development Forum Foundation. Presentation of tobacco smuggling report (a grant from WHO, supervised by the Northeastern Illionois University) at the 14th World Conference „Tobacco or Health” in Mumbai, India Participation in the roundtable in Kiev „Tobacco excise policy and smuggling cigarettes from Ukraine: the myths, realities and european integration”. The main goal of the roundtable was to clarify the real reasons and scale of smuggling to and from Ukraine.
