5 Education Access: Post-secondary Source: UNESCO Institute for Statistics Tertiary education is presently most able to provide 2 year diploma courses of study.

6 Education Access: Gender Enrollments for boys and girls seem to have reached a plateau at primary and secondary levels. Girls’ enrollment rates are consistently 13-14% below boys’ rates at both levels. Source: World Development Indicators

7 Education Quality: Completion Source: World Development Indicators Girls’ completion rates remain 11-13% below boys’ completion rates. Rates have leveled off over the last few years.
