Official Accommodation As you would know the costs of hosting any tournament not just this one can be very high. As such we have managed to work with some hotels here to help us defray some of the costs. In exchange I would like to will all of you to choose to stay with these hotels during your stay here for the tournament. How to go about booking the rooms and all will be revealed shortly as the Hotel people will give us a proper reservation avenue. Please see the list of hotels as attached on the next slide.

Entry Fees Each team per Category/Tournament: – S$300/team Official Dinner – S$900 for a team of 18 members (S$50 per pax) Additional dinner tickets can be bought at S$50 per ticket when you arrive here Package collection – To make planning and money matters easier to handle, we are going to ask teams to pay S$1,200 – Payment must be made before 31 August 2011 (Will send you SVHA bank a/c details via email) On behalf of IMHA – Affiliation fees We understand that there are new rates IMHA officials will advise on this to all affiliates and participating teams
