5. “Rejoice greatly...See your king comes…righteous and having salvation…He will proclaim peace to the nations…The Sovereign Lord will sound the trumpet; he will march in the storms of the south…They will drink and roar as with wine…The Lord their God will save them…as the flock of his people” (Zechariah 9:9-10; 14-16).

6. The Christmas Savior…why He’s a: “…Wonderful Counselor – [a] Mighty God – [an] Everlasting Father – [a] Prince of Peace… [And] the increase of his government and peace -- will be no end…” (Isaiah 9:6-7).

8. “For God so loved the world,” John goes on to note, “that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish -- [spoil] -- but have eternal life.” For God did not send His Son…to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. (John 3:16-17).

9. Add the Savior -- choose Jesus, for only Jesus preserves life – prolongs life – animates life – now and forever more.
