12. Infrastructure - PON 2290 Biofuel Station Program 50% of the costs up to $50,000 to upgrade retail fueling stations to sell E85 ethanol or B20 biodiesel. PON 2454 – Biofuel Terminal Program 50% of the cost to upgrade the terminal to sell E85 ethanol or B20 biodiesel. –Recently awarded 6 terminal upgrade projects NYSERDA Programs
