4. Nicole was a fast swimmer. She loves to swim. In the end of spring she wanted to buy a wetsuit. The water was still cold and she just couldn’t wait anymore.

5. Nicole and her mom drove to a surf shop. They walked in the shop and went to the wetsuit part of the shop. She saw a pretty lime green wetsuit. It was Nicole's size too.

6. Nicole took the wetsuit to the dressing room. The wetsuit fit good. Nicole and her mom payed for the wetsuit. Then they got in the car and drove home.

7. When Nicole got to her house, she picked up her wetsuit. Then she ran into her house. Nicole put on 1 of her bathing suits. Then Nicole put her wetsuit over her bathing suit.

8. Nicole walked down to a lake. The lake was beside her house. Nicole put her foot in the lake. It was warm. She walked out deeper and deeper and deeper.

9. Nicole walked until she couldn’t touch anymore. Then she jumped in the water. She swam to the other side of the lake. But it only took 1 minute.

10. Then Nicole knew the wetsuit was magic. Usually it takes 45 minutes to cross the lake. So Nicole knew the wetsuit was magic.

11. Nicole ran to her mom and told her about her wetsuit. Nicole's mom did not believe her. So Nicole ran to the lake with her mom and hopped in.

12. Nicole swam as fast as she could but the wetsuit did not make her go faster. Nicole thought maybe she could swim when no one watches.

13. Nicole swam by herself and it did not work. The Nicole thought of something. She thought maybe it was just Nicole's imagination.

14. Nicole was sad, but Nicole just went back to her swimming. So after a while of practicing Nicole only took 30 minutes to cross the lake. Yay for Nicole. Nicole was happy. The end
