2.  In the whole world where internet usage is increasing heavily, threats are increasing because of unconscious and misusage of internet. These threats have negative impacts especially on students’ academic and socio- cultural life. With the project, we aim to decrease these threats to minimum level by raising awareness and consciousness of teachers and parent about importance of topic. 

3.  To prevent unconcious and misuse of Internet  To raise awareness of parents and teachers  To analyze the current situation regarding use of safe Internet  To conform awareness of safe Internet and in-safe student in the framework of school-parent-student  To examine practices of safe Internet usage in Romania and Turkey  To contribute cooperation among local and foreign partners  To share culture in scope of mobility  To promote Life Long Program in DEOR activities 

4.  To create safe internet environment analyzing current situation with a pretest questionnaire  To organize seminars for creating and disseminating safe internet usage  To research practices in Romania and compare with Turkey and sharing the practices with an e-book  To prepare leaflets for raising awareness of parents  To create material corners, caricature competition and gala show by students  To apply the same questionnaire at the end of the project activities to the same group to check project success  To organize seminars for teachers  To prepare a website for the visibility and sustainability of the project 

5.  As coordinator institution tried to coordinate all project partners by giving roles to each partner in a democratic way. The offical announcement of the project was held on 4th October, 2012 in the Kadir Has Congress Hall

6.  The kick off meeting of the project was organized in Ticleni, Romania on the 4th- 10th November, 2012 with the participation of the nine people from Turkey and Romanian partners.  In the meeting, partner instituions made their presantations (introducing their institutions and project aims and activities )

12.  An e-mail group was created to have communication with the project partners.  A survey was prepared by the Erciyes University Faculty of Communication to apply parents  It’s applied to parents and the results are shared on the website of project.

15.  On the 4-10 th of March, 2013 Romania’s first visit took place to Turkey.

18.  In May,2013 Survey results were shared in the project website  A carricature competition was organized by the partner schools  A meeting was organized to discuss the time,place and the context of the seminar will be given to parents

20.  2 seminars were organized in April, 2013 by the police department for parents, students and teachers  The mid- term evalution report will be prepared to send the National Agency till the and of june,2013.
