2. Survey Background Some changes in question wording between 2003 and 2010 surveys. Unless otherwise noted, everything in today’s presentation had relatively minor wording changes. This presentation simplifies the data and highlights key accomplishments. Please note that all data in this presentation are preliminary.

3. Response Rate 2003 survey response rate was 26/29, or 90% 2010 survey response rate was 23/29, or 79%.
