http://www.hmmh.com/ Draft Noise Compatibility Program FAR Part 150 Overview The RHV Part 150 consists of two volumes: The Noise Exposure Map (NEM) Describes the airport layout and operation, aircraft- related noise exposure, land uses in the airport environs, and the resulting incompatibilities The NEM was submitted to the FAA for approval on July 12, 2002 The Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) List of actions to be undertaken to minimize noise/land use incompatibilities
