3 2 Customer Ship-To Master 4 Quicker / easier, more user friendly access to Customer Ship-To Maintenance 4 Initial “work with” screen displays a list of existing ship-to records for the specific customer 4 Record selection (search) options available on customer ship-to list screen 4 Search capability allows user to search for customer ship-to records using up to 6 different ship-to fields for searching, individually or in combination with each other

4 3 Customer Ship-To Master 4 Various options available for browsing and/or working with listed customer ship-to records 4 Option available for creating a new ship-to by copying an existing ship-to 4 Function keys provided for typical screen navigation including the adding of a new ship-to

5 4 Customer Ship-To Master 4 A “work with” option for maintaining a specific customer ship-to maintenance detail screen 4 Options to immediately “remove” a ship-to record or mark a ship-to record as deleted for later purging

7 6 Accessing Cust Ship-To UF Maintenance 4 Access to Customer Ship-To UF Maintenance is via an option within Customer UF Maintenance 4 Customer Ship-To UF Maintenance is automatically installed when the I/O Customer UF Maintenance enhancement is installed

8 7 Return to Ship-to Master Summary Accessing Cust Ship-To UF Maintenance Customer Ship-To UF Maintenance is only accessible from within Customer UF Maintenance. The user enters Customer UFM by taking any available customer maintenance menu option If the command line is available to the user, the UCUST command may also be used. Once within Customer UFM, then use the S=Ship to option to enter Customer Ship-To maintenance for a specific customer

9 8 Work with Customer Ship-To’s 4 The user must first select a customer with whose ship-to’s he wishes to work (using the S=Ship to) option 4 The initial Work with Customer Ship-To screen displays a list of existing ship-to’s for the selected customer 4 User option available to allow user to go directly to any specific detail ship-to maintenance screen 4 Additional options allow user, for a given customer, to –Browse a ship-to –Copy a ship-to –Change or remove a ship-to

10 9 Work with Customer Ship-To’s 4 Entry capable line for sub-setting the list to include only desired ship-to’s available for the selected customer 4 Function keys provided for screen navigation plus additional functions –Refresh –Add new customer ship-to

11 10 The S=Ship to option is used to work with the ship-to records for a particular customer The S=Ship to option is used to enter Customer Ship-To UFM Work with Customer Ship-To’s Within Customer User Friendly Maintenance, a specific customer is selected for whom ship-to’s are to be maintained

12 11 Return to Work with Customer Ship-to Summary Options are used to perform various actions on an existing ship-to Function keys are used to perform functions that do not relate to a specific customer ship-to Work with Customer Ship-To’s The Work with Customer Ship-To screen displays a list of ship-to’s for a given customer

13 12 Finding Ship-To’s 4 Entry capable line for sub-setting the list to include only desired ship-to’s, such as –Position the list to start with a particular ship-to number –List only ship-to’s whose zip codes start with common digits –List only ship-to’s that have a ship-to name or city that start with a specific character string –List all ship-to’s for a customer/branch regardless of company 4 Multiple selection fields may be used at the same time to further limit the displayed list of qualifying ship-to’s

14 13 Finding Ship-To’s Position customer ship-to list to start with a particular ship-to number Start the list with ship-to number 3

15 14 Finding Ship-To’s Finding all ship-to’s whose zip codes contain the digits “950” The selection is for all Ship-to Address Line 3 records that contain the character string of “950” When the first position of some selection fields is left blank, the selection will be a “contains” selection. If the search character string starts in the first position of the selection field, the selection will be a “begins with” selection This selection field searches both the Ship-To Name field as well as the Ship-to Address Line 3

16 15 Finding Ship-To’s Displaying ship-to’s that have either their Ship-To Name or Ship-To Address Line 3 begin with the characters “SAN” In this case, the selection is a “begins with” selection

17 16 Finding Ship-To’s Displaying all ship-to’s for a specific customer regardless of the branch number This selection shows all ship-to’s for customer 200, company 01, regardless of the branch number To view all ship-to’s regardless of the branch for a specific customer, blank out the branch number

18 17 Finding Ship-To’s Displaying all ship-to’s for a specific customer regardless of the company number This selection shows all ship-to’s for customer 200, branch 10, regardless of the company number To view all ship-to’s regardless of company for a specific customer, blank out the company number Return to Ship-To Master Summary

19 18 Adding a New Customer Ship-To 4 Customer ship-to “add” mode is started by using the F6=Add ship-to function key on the Work with Customer Ship-To list screen 4 When adding a new customer ship-to by keying, the first ship-to maintenance screen is displayed requesting the company, customer number, branch, and ship-to number of the ship-to to be added 4 The user then navigates through the two standard DMAS ship-to detail entry screens, keying the appropriate customer ship-to data on each screen 4 Customer ship-to entry screens contain fields of common data 4 When finished, press the F2=Update function key to add the new customer ship-to record

20 19 Adding a New Customer Ship-To The user starts customer “add” mode by using a function key The user presses the F6=Add ship-to function key to enter a new customer ship- to

21 20 Adding a New Customer Ship-To The user identifies the ship-to to be added as well as basic ship-to information The user defines a unique identifier for the new ship-to by entering the customer ship-to number Other ship-to information is then entered such as ship- to name, address, etc. The user may navigate to the next ship-to maintenance screen by pressing the Page Down key If desired, the new ship-to can be created for a totally different customer

22 21 Adding a New Customer Ship-To The User Defined Fields screen is displayed next (if not “hidden”) This screen may be used to allow maintenance to “user defined” fields within the customer ship-to master and/or extended customer ship-to master files (contact I/O for specific field tailoring) Return to Ship-To Master Summary The user may return to the previous screen with Page Up This screen may be “hidden” during maintenance (default is “hidden”) by pressing function key F13 Press F2 to add the ship-to

23 22 Maintaining Existing Ship-To’s 4 The user selects which existing customer ship-to to maintain 4 Once maintaining a ship-to record, the user can change the record status

24 23 Maintaining Existing Ship-To’s Use the desired option for the ship-to that is to be maintained Use an option to designate the maintenance function to be performed Return to Ship-To Master Summary 2=Change 2=Change R=Remove R=Remove

25 24 Maintaining Existing Ship-To The Ship-To Name & Address screen is displayed as page 1 The user may make whatever changes are necessary Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To’s F20=Delete F20=Delete F22=Log F22=Log F2=Update F2=Update F19=Suspend F19=Suspend F18=Activate F18=Activate The user may navigate to the next ship-to maintenance screen by pressing the Page Down key

26 25 Maintaining Existing Ship-To The User Defined Fields screen is displayed as page 2 Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To The user may make whatever changes are necessary The user may return to the previous screen with Page Up This screen may be “hidden” during maintenance (default is “hidden”) by pressing function key F13 Press F2 to update the ship-to

27 26 Copying a Ship-To 4 A new customer ship-to may be created by copying an existing customer ship-to

28 27 Copying a Ship-To The user may create a new customer ship-to by copying an existing customer ship-to The user enters the ship-to number for the new ship-to Return to Ship-To Master Summary The user may then change any specific ship-to data necessary The user may use the Page Up and Page Down keys to page through the ship-to maintenance screens and change whatever data needs changing for the new ship-to When finished, press F2 to add the new ship-to If desired, the new ship-to can be created for a totally different customer

29 28 F2=Update 4 Use this function key to add a new customer ship-to from any ship-to “Add” screen after you have keyed all ship-to data 4 Use this function key to update an existing customer ship-to from any ship-to “Change” screen after all of your changes have been made Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To’s

30 29 Activating a Ship-To 4 Customer ship-to master records that are presently disabled, suspended, or marked for deletion may be re-activated with this function 4 Once the “Activate” function key has been pressed, press F2=Update to update the master record Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To

31 30 Suspending a Ship-To 4 Customer ship-to master records that are presently disabled, active, or marked for deletion may be suspended with this function 4 Once the “Suspend” function key has been pressed, press F2=Update to update the master record Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To

32 31 Remove a Ship-To 4 Customer Ship-To master records that are presently disabled, suspended, or active may be physically and immediately removed with this function 4 Once the “Remove” function key has been pressed, and the user confirms the removal, the ship-to record is physically erased and CAN NOT be recovered Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To’s

33 32 Deleting a Ship-To 4 Customer ship-to master records that are presently disabled, suspended, or active may be marked for deletion with this function 4 Once the “Delete” function key has been pressed, press F2=Update to update the master record Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To

34 33 Maintenance Log 4 Provides an interactive tool for viewing historical changes made to an existing customer ship-to master record 4 Once either of the ship-to detail screens is displayed, press F22=Log 4 The most recent history record will be displayed 4 Use the Page Up key to view older log entries 4 Use the Page Down key to view more recent entries 4 At any time, press the Enter key to view the current record

35 34 Maintenance Log Each history record displayed is identified on screen line 2 Who made the change and when the change was made, is identified on the right hand side on line 2 As the user scrolls back and forth with Page Up and Page Down, data changes can readily be identified To view the current record, on any history record, just press the Enter key (example on the next screen)

36 35 Maintenance Log Return to Maintain Existing Ship-To The current record may be viewed by pressing the Enter key The current record is indentified The history log information area is blank when viewing the current record
