2. Attention 2 weeks prior to the start of your Surgical Rotation here at MCH, you must contact one of the following people. 1. Kim Kwiatkowski- (Surgical Services Nurse Educator) at 432-640-1264 or call 2. Alisia Jensen- (Surgical Services Day Charge Nurse Inpt OR) at 432-640-1260. Please inform Kim or Alisia that you are needing the OR Surgical orientation over gowning/gloving/and scrubbing into a sterile field and which Surgeon you will be following.
