10 CONCLUSIONS IDPs need medical care, especially the first team of specialists (internists, pediatricians) Respondents more often note on violence with respect to others than to themselves. The most common kinds of violence are mental, physical, and economical, only few people reported about sexual violence. The population needs to get information on institutions and organizations that help in the event of violent acts (reason of non- appealing – "I do not believe that anybody will help"). People have experienced an unfair, biased attitude in connection with the status of migrants in finding a job or extra money and solving housing problems. 10

11 RECOMMENDATIONS To pay attention to IDPs access to necessary medical care To focus on access to psychological support of IDPs’ families, including children. In this regard, to ensure appropriate personnel with additional training taking into account the needs of IDPs To provide complete information about places where you can apply in case of acts of violence To conduct outreach to the general population to reduce social pressure on IDPs, including taking into account regional features 11
