3 A Green Deal Provider A Green Deal Provider must: – comply with the Green Deal Code of Practice – sign up to the Green Deal Arrangements Agreement – hold a valid CCA licence – provide protection for customers – register with the Oversight Body PB Energy Solutions Ltd3
