4. Coral reefs are found on the coast of Africa, in central America and Indonesia. They are generally found at depths of less than 100 feet. Sunlight is necessary for them to thrive and grow. 5. In our opinion, coral reef is 100% beneficial and cannot harm the environment in any way. We should try harder to save coral reef because if anything, they help us. Also we believe scientists should put more effort into helping coral reef and so they can teach us more and more.
