4. Establish the viability of your chosen career in the labor marketplace of today and the future. Identify skills needed, technology factors, changes in work organizations and global impact.

9.  APA Documentation Style The "References" page should be double- spaced within and between entries, with one-inch margins all around. Italics is preferred over underlining.

10. Note that initials are used for authors' first names and that only the first word of titles is ordinarily capitalized. (The first word after a colon in titles is also capitalized.) 12. Use a 12 point font. Use one-inch margins on all sides of paper.
