The servant leadership role that Christ models empower organizations to levels beyond their expectations. When employees know how much you care personally about them they will exceed your expectations every time. It goes beyond pay, promotion and sometimes even job security. This approach yields high returns for the enterprise and brings glory to God. How else could have Christ built the church with a small group of 12?
