A word in Spanish will never being with rr
The letters k and w are only found in words borrowed from other languages. Example: kilogramo Why do you think they keep the English word for certain things in Spanish? (Don’t have them, don’t need a word for it!)

Definition of cognate-
A word that looks and sounds similar in two or more languages. More examples: cognado- cognate definicíon – definition Why do we cognates? Because they are easy to recognize
