In the first instance - the same as any other school: 1.Employ good quality teachers. 2.Excellent Senior Management Team. 3.Monitor the quality of Teaching & Learning. 4.Fully utilise a £5.5 million budget. 5.7 day site-Adult Education, -Community use, -Local groups & societies. 6.Increase use of ICT as a tool to support learning. 7.Adapt “traditional” attitudes to: Uniform, : Homework, : Discipline, : Relations with parents. 8.Involve parents as much as possible in the education process.
