4. Angry cynical people die young. Men who score high for hostility on standard tests are four times more likely to die prematurely than men whose scores are low.

10. ANGER 1. Anger is an emotion that God has given us. Getting angry is not necessarily a sin. Anger must be properly managed.

11. ANGER 1. Frustration – when you experience obstacles in getting what you want. Alienation – when you are ignored and left alone; rejected by peers or adults. Hurt – when you are hurt or threatened with hurt by another. Injustice – when you feel that you have been wronged. Learning – when you learn that anger is a way of handling a situation.
