2  Your Charter attests to the agreement between your Charter Org and BSA to offer the Scouting program.  This agreement is renewed every year. ◦ Charter Organization approves your Leadership team annually. ◦ Annual reporting to BSA of:  Who its members are.  Where they live and how to reach them.
