MONDAY, AUGUST 26 Objective: I will write an introduction for my personal narrative essay by learning how to write sensory sentences. Standards: Reading 1.1, Writing 1.2 Journal Question: How are you feeling about the topic you chose so far? Any regrets or are you in love with it? Explain.

TRANSFORMING SENTENCES Let’s try changing this vague sentence into one that has more specific details: The student was running late to school and started to panic. Work with your partner to create a sentence(s) that are much more exciting and detailed.
