Bible calls this attitude: SIN All of us were like sheep that were lost, each of us going his/her own way Isaiah 53:6 Your wrongheaded lives caused the split between you and God. Your sins got between you so that he doesn’t hear Isaiah 59:2 … everyone has sinned and is far away from God’s saving presence Romans 3:23 People try to cope with their problems in many different ways before turning to GOD There are ways that seem right to people, but they only end in death Proverbs 16:25 For the wages of sin is death Romans 6:23

9. The Solution For Christ died for sins once and for all, a good man on behalf of sinners, in order to lead you to God. 1 Peter 3:18 For it is by God’s grace that you have been saved through faith. The ABCD Of Commitment Accept – I have sinned and need salvation … everyone has sinned and is far away from God’s saving presence - Romans 3:23 Believe – in Jesus Christ, that He died for me so that I can have Eternal Life For God so loved the World that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life John 3:16 Confess – and repent of all sin If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness - 1 John 1:9 * Dedicate – myself and receive Him into my life as Lord and Saviour Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God John 1:12

11. Receive Jesus in Faith by Prayer Lord Jesus Christ, I confess that I have sinned and that I have been running my own life. I now know that I can not save myself. Thank you that you died on the cross to save me. Forgive me for my sins and my selfish life. From this moment on I invite you to live in my heart. Take control of my life as Lord and Master and make me the kind of person you would like me to be. Thank you that you have heard my prayer and have given me Eternal Life. Amen.
