1. ROMANS 8:1-4 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

2. V. 1 - SALVATION No Condemnation In Christ – Philippians 3:9 “Who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the spirit” Not Salvation By Works but Salvation By Birth.

SALVATION BY BIRTH Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ John 3:3-7

And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), Ephesians 2:1-5

ROMANS 8 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

6. The Spiritual Birth affects the Physical Life It becomes your nature. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 1 John 1:6 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 2:4
