A - Write Revenue: on the first line at the left side. B - Enter revenue account names beginning on the second line. C - Enter the balance of each revenue account in the first amount column. Working capital is calculated using current assets and liabilities: Current Assets – Current Liabilities = Working Capital Liquidity is the ease with which an asset can be converted to cash and a liquidity ratio tells the ability a business has to pay its current debts and to provide for an unexpected need for cash.
