Knowledge: - By the end of the lesson, students will be able to introduce Ba’s family and use possessive pronouns and WH – questions to ask and answer about family members. +Vocabulary: family vocabulary: family, father, mother, sister, brother, his, her, how many…? + Structures: - Who’s that/this? – That/This is Ba’s mother. - What’s her name? – Her name is Nga. - How old is she? – She’s…………. - How many people are there in your family? – There are ………. 2. Skills: 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing 3. Attitude: Educate students to study hard and to be polite in talking. II. Preparation: - Teacher: teacher’s books, lesson plan, lap top, loudspeaker. - Students: students’ books, do the homework, prepared notebooks, review the vocabulary and grammar. 14 2. Model sentences (Các mẫu câu): a) Mẫu câu dùng để hỏi và trả lời tên của cô ấy/ bà ấy hoặc tên của anh ấy/ ông ấy: Câu hỏi: What is + her/ his + name? Trả lời: Her/ his name is + name (tên). Ex: What’s her name? – Her name is Ngoc. b) Mẫu câu dùng để hỏi và trả lời người này là ai, người kia là ai: Câu hỏi: Who’s this/ that? Trả lời: It is + name (tên) hoặc This/ That is + name(tên). Ex: Who is this? It is/ This is Ba. c) Mẫu câu dùng để hỏi và trả lời cô ấy/bà ây hoặc anh ấy/ ông ấy bao nhiêu tuổi: Câu hỏi: How old is +she/ he ? Trả lời: She/ he is + age (tuổi) + year(s) old. Ex: How old is he? - He is twenty years old.
