5 OUR STRATEGY- IMMEDIATELY DEFINE A CORONARY SUBSTRATE Urgent coronary angiography regardless of ECG and level of consciousness after ROSC unless: Nonishemic etiology of cardiac arrest is obvious Severe pre-arrest comorbidities Comatose survivor with no realstic hope for neurological recovery
