1.Do nothing about it. 2.Accept guilt as punishment. 3.Don’t acknowledge wrong. 4.Don’t plan ways to overcome. 5.Make it to the point of no return. 6.Concentrate on restraint rather than knowledge. 7.Trust no one, not even the Lord. 8.Be an unhappy person.
