2. Appositives
An appositive is a word or group of words that follows a noun or a pronoun and further identifies it or ads information.
An appositive names the same person, place, thing, or idea as the word it explains.

In a diagram an appositive is placed in parentheses to the right of the word it identifies.
Words that describe the appositive go under it.
