1 Cluster Meeting 1: Steps for Effective Learning Cluster Cycle Goal 1: By the end of the cycle, teachers will effectively implement indicators from the TAP Instructional Rubric as measured by leadership team observations of classroom instruction. All teachers will receive their first announced evaluation and will score proficient or above in six out of the eight rubric indicators reviewed during the rubric cluster cycle.Cluster Meeting 1: Steps for Effective Learning

Create cluster meeting norms. Define the Steps for Effective Learning. Model identifying these steps in lesson plans. Develop lesson plans with the Steps for Effective Learning.
