CCM’s Vision Bible Learners today, Ministers tomorrow!

Our Mission 19 Therefore go a nd make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

WHY DO WE DO DVBS? 1. Introduce children to Jesus as Savior. 2. Develop in children an understanding of their relationship with God. 3. Help initiate change in children from the inside out as their hearts are transformed by God's love for them and the hope He offers through Jesus. 4. Develop meaningful relationships between leaders and children in an interactive environment. 5. Build a bridge between church and home as families are encouraged and challenged by the Children's Ministry.

“Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” Ephesians 6:13

THEME: The Purpose of B.O.O.T. Camp is to: train prepare equip all of our recruits to stand their ground and fight the good fight in the ageless battle between good and evil.

THEME: Children will be enlisted in VBS as “Privates,” marching around the church to cadences and songs, saluting one another, and preparing to be good soldiers for Christ. By the time B.O.O.T. Camp is over, the children will be prepared not only to defend themselves by using God’s armor, but also to advance on the enemy by practicing evangelism techniques they’ve learned.

OBJECTIVE: The objective of BOOT Camp is to: Get children into the mindset that we are all involved in the war between God and Satan and that there can be no neutrality. Make kids choose to be on God’s side and actively fight the battles against evil by standing for and spreading the Word of God both at home and in “enemy territory.”

A DUAL FOCUS: “Biblical Outlook and Outreach Training B. O. O. T.
