5.  You will be required to attempt to contact and secure a mentor ON YOUR OWN  If you are not able to find a mentor, one may be provided (based on availability)  Recent mentors have worked for:  Siemens  Chicago Botanic Garden Science Center  Hospira  Northwestern University  Rosalind Franklin School of Medicine

6.  Internship typically begins mid-June  4 - 8 week commitment  Typically 4-5 days per week  Typically 6-8 hours per day  Research poster completed by September 2012  Research Symposium Evening in October 2012.

8. 1.Complete an application, essay, & resume. 2.Return your completed application by 3:30 PM on Thursday, March 8th to Mr. Erdmann in Student Activities. 3.Email electronic copies of the essay and resume to berdmann@d125.org

9. / Recommendation forms will be sent to your English, science, and mathematics teachers. / An interview will be scheduled with Mr. Erdmann. / A letter will be sent to your home address indicating if you have been accepted.
