4 Setting and Achieving Goals How to set goals: 1. First you must define the goal. When you keep doing the same thing the same way, you will always get the same result. So...... 2. MOTIVATE yourself. Consider the possible blocks and the way you can deal with them to change them. 3. There is a right way and a wrong way to set goals!
