Half of the world – nearly 3 billion people live on less than two dollars a day, and have no access to sanitation 2. 1.3 billion people live on less than one dollar a day, and have no access to clean water. 3. The world’s three richest people have more wealth than the poorest 48 countries of the world combined. 4.
