5 Senior Showdown will be held in April during testing!

6 Yearbook Signing Party Late May: Cost will be low! Pizza and Sodas will be provided.

7 Senior Sunset Senior Sunset will be held in the Stadium and will include food and entertainment. Cost will be approximately $20.00

8 Prom Saturday May 14th This includes all you can eat dinner buffet and desserts! Pre-Sale Prices will begin at $85.00 w/ ASB $88.00 W/out Saturday May 14th

9 Date: TBD. Cost will be approximately $35.00-40.00 The breakfast is the only place the Senior Slideshow will be shown!

10 Thursday Night, June 16 th Tickets will start at $90.00 This price includes the on campus party, transportation to Disneyland and park entry. Prices will go up each week!

11 Friday, June 17 th @ 4.00 p.m. Eddie West Stadium Each student will receive a limited number of tickets. If you have not yet ordered your cap and gown you need to do so immediately. The cost is $25.00 before February 23 rd. The price will increase after this date.

12 The Activities Office will not refund senior activities if they are taken away. No Exceptions!

14 Infraction  2 nd Saturday School/Work  3 rd Saturday School/Work  4 th Saturday School/Work  5 th Saturday School/Work  Suspension Lost Privilege  Senior Sunset  Breakfast/Outing  Grad Nite at Disneyland  PROM  Any or all of the above and possible loss of Graduation Ceremony ** At the discretion of the principal, students are subject to having all senior privileges revoked on the first infraction if the behavior is deemed severe.

17 Tardy Cards or Truancy (This could be period by period or all day.) Segerstrom High School prohibits ditch days. Any student who participates in a ditch day will receive a school consequence and can have privileges revoked.

25 Will not be allowed or tolerated Can be suspended/expelled Automatically loose all Senior Privileges including Graduation Ceremony

26 What do I do with my Notification Form?

27 Read the form carefully and sign Take it home and have your parents read and sign it Give the yellow copy to your parents Bring back the white copy and return to your English teachers. All forms must be returned by Friday, February 4th.
