4. FEBRUARY Marie and her Flagstaff college roommate Amy adopt Hops. Becky’s son Dusty gets married in Tucson.

5. MARCH Nancy’s wedding Fun wedding pictures taken at Rawhide.

6. APRIL NAU volleyball banquet. Mike’s grandfather, George Tilson, passes away. ASU football player Pat Tillman is killed in Afghanistan.

7. MAY Val & Rene’s son Matthew graduates from Cal State Long Beach.

8. Cheryl & Larry join Alex at Los Caballeros for one of the last Belden golf tournaments. Marie gets a new dog named Zoë. Alicia & Mike return from their Hawaii vacation.

9. Marie turns 21…celebrating at Fuddruckers! Friend Don has a 50 th party and nephew Colin an 8 th party.

10. 2 nd Cousin Leslie graduates from ASU and Vangie throws a party! Mike & Alicia announce they are buying a new home at 51 st Ave & Baseline. Laurie, Leslie & Kathy

12. Marie working at Buster’s in Flagstaff while she goes to NAU. Most of the clan take a tour of Kartchner Caverns in southern Arizona.

13. Tacos at our house for Alicia & Mimi’s 26 th birthday.

14. AUGUST A visit with Mark & Cami in Wisconsin. Uncle August Fancy dinner

15. Volleyball is beginning again. Some of Marie’s high school friends attend a game at ASU to watch Lindsay play for Tulane. Alex & Kathy begin the bi- weekly drive to Flagstaff to watch Marie play for NAU. SEPTEMBER Kathy & Alex celebrate their 32 nd anniversary in the hospital for Mimi’s detached retina surgery.

16. Our goal is to visit all the campuses that Marie plays volleyball with NAU and make a vacation of it. At Sacramento State we stayed with Val & Rene. OCTOBER

17. For Portland State and Eastern Washington, we landed in Seattle, drove to Portland, then on to Spokane and finally back to Seattle. NOVEMBER
