2. Guizhou Dafang County Rural Teachers Dafang County locates at the west of Guizhou Province and it is a famous poor mountainous area. The majority of local primary school teachers graduated from senior high school even junior high school couple of years ago. Although teachers worked hard to improve local education level, they have never get any professional training nor education on how to teach. Huazhong Agriculture University Red Cuckoo ( 红杜鹃 ) Charity Society invited Guizhou rural teachers to Wuhan and organized some communication as well as other training at Wuhan famous primary schools since 2004. The training is held once a year and 20 to 30 teachers participate in the project per year. More than 100 Guizhou rural teachers benefit from the training by now.

4. HongAn rural primary teachers As rrual teachers training has been held for 6 years, HZAU Red Cuckoo improve the training on the content and teachers team. HongAn rural teachers were Invitied into the training for the first time. HongAn is known as General County ( 将军县 ) because more than 200 generals of China after 1930 came from HongAn. Although HongAn contributed a lot to China during war times, its economy did not develop successful. It is just 80 km between Wuhan and HongAn and 15 teachers from HongAn participated in the training at HZAU from April 11 to April 17.

6. Agenda of the training As teachers will be busy with some agricultural production in summer holiday, the training is held in April or May. The duration of the project is a whole week.
