In 2003 and 2004, current underage alcohol use was highest in the Northeast region (32%)

22. International Perspective on Binge Drinking
One of the arguments made to support lowering the drinking age is the impression that European teens are drinking more responsibly, mainly because of their casual approach to alcohol and the (much) lower legal drinking ages.
Can you guess where the USA falls among the 36 countries listed here?
