4 PREFERRED CHARITIES Raises awareness of prematurity and reduce the rate of premature births. Circle K members help by raising awareness and funds for the March of Dimes to prevent premature births. UNICEF works in more than 190 countries and territories to improve the live of children by meeting their basic needs and expanding their opportunities to their full potential. Circle K members help by participating in The Eliminate Project and the Six Cents Initiative.

6 SERVICE PARTNERS Students Team Up to Fight Hunger (STUFH) encourages college students by joining their local food banks to collect food for those less fortunate. Better World Books is an online reseller of used books. Every time you purchase a book from BetterWorldBooks.com, a book is donated to someone in need.

Any club not attending the convention but wishing to apply for awards, should have their awards packet postmarked on or before June 1, 2014, to guarantee it makes the shipment to convention for judging. 12 ROCKY MOUNTAIN DISTRICT Colleges from Colorado, Wyoming, and the pan handle of Nebraska with 9 current clubs. 13 SOUTHWEST DISTRICT The Southwest is composed of Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso Texas. We have 3 clubs in Arizona, very soon to be 5. And 4 in New Mexico. So this year, we will have increased our clubs by 28% (7 to 9). 16 LEADERSHIP ACADEMY When: Sunday July 27 – Friday, August 1, 2014 Cost: Registration US$195 ANY student from a CKI club can attend this event! This six-day event is intense and focuses on the E6 Framework. Attendees learn true leadership based on servant leadership. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH MONDAY, JULY 7!
