28 HOW TO TAKE A REGISTER & INSPECTION  Stand them to attention and then at ease  Quick and loud  Cadets should stand to attention when they speak and address you as Sir/ Maam as there is an Officer on parade  Register straight to RSM.  Ensure you are correctly and smartly dressed. Open Order, stand each rank to attention before inspecting. Go along the front and then back of each rank before moving to the next one.  This should be done efficiently but as quickly as possible.
