21 Pour Concrete Seal Install 8 foot concrete seal Oink

22 Dewater Structure Install pump. Remove water

23 Remove Hangers and Cut Casing Remove hangers Cut casing

24 Place Reinforced Pile Cap Place reinforced pile cap concrete

25 Place Pedestal Concrete Place pedestal reinforcing and concrete lift 1 Restrut as required
