5. How to log in the “Online Course Evaluation Questionnaire” system? Entry: University homepage/Student Portal-Online Course Evaluation QuestionnaireEnter your ID number, student number and password (the password for Online Course Registration System).Entry: University homepage/Student Portal-Online Course Evaluation Questionnaire Both English and Chinese version questionnaires are provided. Students may fill in either English or Chinese questionnaire. How to log in the online course evaluation questionnaire system: ID NumberStudent Number Password 1.
