4 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION :  A large family-run Vineyard Farm & Bottling Plant, which includes 3 ancient farmhouses, the property spans 454 ha.  The property is away 4 km from the sea.

7 PLOT AREA DESCRIPTION  PLOT SIZE: 454 hectares, of which 67 hectares planted vineyards, 5 hectares olivegrove, 33,5 hectares for future vineyard cultivation 348 hectares wood and fields and an Artificial Lake of 45.000 m3 of water with 12 km of underground pipes and nozzles for irrigation throughout the farm with 4 natural atmospheres obtained by gravity.

8 COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION: CURRENT SITUATION:  The property is equipped with a fully functional Vinification and Bottling Plant with capacity of 1,000,000 bottles per annum.  The farm is currently capable of producing 265,000 bottles of wine and 2500 litres the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. POTENTIALITY :  The farm is currently capable of producing 265,000 bottles of wine; compared with a nominal production of 600/650,000 bottles; this reduced amount is derived from the age of the vineyards and the need for replacement of the vineyards.  In ten years (5 years is the minimum time to plant a vineyard and bring it into production) you can bring the farm to 100 hectares of vineyards, with an estimated production of over 650 000 bottles.  This production capacity is estimated to achieve a high quality production, that is taking a low production per hectare.
