Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was born in Tranaskei, South Africa in the year He joined and became part of the African National congress in He was one of the first people to rebel against the National Party’s decision about the apartheid policies in He then developed a campaign for anti apartheid, soon he got elected for president of the ANC in 1991.

3. What did Mandela do to become a Revolutionary?
Nelson Mandela was looked at as a revolutionary because he rebelled against the African congress about their decisions about apartheid policies. He was a revolutionary leader because he had the potential to motivate and enable people to fight for their rights considering strongly the Democratic process.

He was basically a revolutionary all his life. He fought against the south African government to stop apartheid policies. The rebellious actions first began in 1948 when he fought against the National Party’s decision about the apartheid policies.
