Ingredients: 1- The potatoes are cut in small pieces. 2- Fry the potatoes in abundant olive oil. 3- Beat the eggs 4- Mix ingredients in a frying pan. 5- Eat the omelette.

13. A symbol of your country  A symbol of my country is the “Puerta del Sol” a famous square located in the centre of Madrid.  It has got a big beautiful clock and each New year’s eve is celebrated in it.
